NATIONAL BIODIVERSITY DATA CENTRE (nr Waterford city): GREAT SPOTTED WOODPECKER again present, now confirmed as a male (assuming same bird as original) (MC).

BALLYSHUNNOCK RESERVOIR: Drake RING-NECKED DUCK & 5 Crossbills (").

DUNGARVAN: Adult male Long-tailed Duck off the Cunnigar, 7 Shoveler (4 females & 3 males), 4 Pintail (1 male & 3 females) & a 2nd-winter Yellow-legged Gull near pitch & putt course (FO'C).
