DUNGARVAN:  SURF SCOTER off the Lookout (opposite Cunnigar tip), 11:55 (JAP, BS) - video (MC) - also 2 Great Northern Divers there (EB), SPOONBILL landed on the Cunnigar, 12:35 (MC), Black Guillemot & 3 Great Northern Divers at Gold Coast, 10 Snipe at Barnawee & 8 at Ballyneety (DC).
